Olive Oil and Sel Gris Flat Bread – Our most neutral flavor, it compliments all cheese and spreads and is a great palate cleanser in a cheese tasting or for a winery tasting room. Using grey sea salt from France, this flat bread has trace minerals we need found only in natural sea salt. This is the same flatbread that we make exclusivly for the “Cowgirl Creamery”. Excellent compliment to Mt. Tam, Point Reyes Blue Cheese or Bleu D’Auvergne.
Earthy flavors combine well with creamy cheese, pair with fromage blanc or fresh chevre.
This flatbread combines the classic flavors of the medditerean, rosemary and olive oil. The sweet fresh rosemary leaves are kneaded into the dough and give this flatbread its unique aroma. Cheese pairings are creamy riccotta, asiago or teleme.
Pepper Polenta – A mildly spicy flat bread using the finest Tellicherry peppercorns and organic polenta, this flavor is great with mild and creamy cheese. Pair with St. Andre, Affinois, or Explorateur.
Kalamata Olive Flat bread- This delicious flat bread is made using Divina organic olives which we hand pit and mince to knead into the bread. The result is a true olive flavor which compliments Redwood Hill fresh Chevre, Humbolt Fog or creamy Cresenza.
